A collaboration project between the talented Eliesa Johnson and I. In 2019 Eliesa and I got together and created these series that paired vibrant ingredients and finished recipes that tied in the same color theory – bright reds, happy yellows and purples. For each pairing I tied an ingredient with a recipe, where I was being inspired by my found memories of homemade food growing up in Bulgaria, my travels to foreign lands with spices and new smells, and from my deep love of food, cooking and beautiful ingredients.
